Tbh, the hotel is impersonal, however it has great views. The rooms are fantastic, quiet, and come with central heating, TV set, and a microwave oven. The location is unbeatable and excellent, in a lovely suburb of Auckland.

The stay here was really really nice on vacation. The room we had was absolutely fantastic and quiet with microwave and view of the harbour and access to a sun deck with views of the park. The location was excellent and stunning, at a short distance from Fergs Kayaks.

Welcoming staff, breakfasts were vegan.
Location: the hotel was just off cafes and Achilles Point and decent bars. Spent our evenings in nearby Five Restaurant & bar, especially when it was hot outside. The room was comfortable, and we had an amazing view of sea.

We had such a lovely stay at this bed and breakfast. the hostess went above and beyond, baking for us every morning despite not feeling well. We were impressed by her dedication to her guests. the deck offered beautiful views and the location was very close to the beach. the hosts were warm and inviting, and took great pride in their home. the view from the accommodation was absolutely incredible, and we loved how close it was to popular Mission Bay. Even though we're not breakfast people, we appreciated the thought and effort put into the breakfast, especially the delicious stewed apples. Keith and Trish were perfect hosts, providing us with useful information about Auckland and helping us navigate public transportation. They made our stay enjoyable and even saved us a headache by giving us a ride to the airport. If you're visiting Auckland, we highly recommend staying at this wonderful place. Cons: All good 😊.

Great sea views and friendly hosts who provide helpful local information. Enjoyed delicious breakfast each day, including Keith's amazing omelettes. Location was convenient with a bus stop nearby and easy access to restaurants.
The decor was a little dated and quirky, but still charming in its own way. the shared bathroom and toilet were down the corridor from our room, which could be inconvenient at times.

The hotel offers basic amenities and the staff provides great service. I loved the rooms with a view of the harbour, and the breakfast with freshly made muffins is definitely a highlight. Also, the location is just perfect as it's close enough to restaurants and the bus stop, while still being right off the beach of Mission Bay. Oh, and there's a huge flying fox right in front of the hotel, which is amazing!
All was satisfactory.
